This time of life is full of change, growth, confusion, and struggle. There is often a greater awareness of anxiety, depression, internal conflicts and personal development. I work to guide, encourage, and teach coping skills that are foundational to a healthy and productive lifestyle.

Conveniently located in Lakeway, I offer individual and couples therapy sessions for adults and teens at reasonable rates. Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes in length. I work from a client-centered approach which is collaborative, authentic, open, and supportive.
